Please review size guides and product details carefully before ordering. Changes due to preference, incorrect sizing, or change of mind are not entertained.
Defective or Damaged Items

Reporting an Issue

Return & Inspection
- Return instructions provided after approval
- Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
- Return shipping is customer’s responsibility
- Final inspection conducted upon receipt

- Store credit of equal value
- Refund (exceptional cases only)
Non-Returnable Cases
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor handwork irregularities
- Color variation due to screen or lighting
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
Order Cancellation
- Cancellations accepted within 24 hours
- No cancellation after processing or dispatch

Approved Cancellations
- Refunded as store credit only
- Valid for 30 days
- Processing time: 7–14 business days

- Made-to-order or customized items
- Final sale products
