- Ready-to-wear items: 4–6 Business Days
- Made-to-order or customized items: 6–8 Weeks
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Time
Within Pakistan
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
International Orders
- Delivery time: 10–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
- Please note delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs procedures
Shipping Charges
- Nationwide shipping charges will be calculated at checkout
- International shipping charges depend on destination and package weight
- Any custom duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer
Failed Delivery
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
